Jr Sports League Philosophy mirrors the Jr NBA`s we  focuses on having fun, being active, and learning the basic fundamental skills of basketball. Our programs are instructional but they challenge the students. Players are grouped according to skill level. Our program  is instructional but we will always challenge the player to develop into the next level. The Jr. NBA Pathway has been developed to help players, parents, coaches, and organizations better understand the process of improvement. Our pathway is a developmentally-based progression that depends on players mastering new skills before advancing to the next level. The Jr. NBA Development Pathway is not based on a player’s age, but rather his or her proficiency at key skills. The Pathway begins with Rookie level and progresses through Starter, All-Star and finally the MVP level The players are grouped in the following groups:
